Refund policy

At Seaside Timepieces, every timepiece is handled with exceptional care, precision, and respect for the value of luxury goods. Because our offerings include high-value watches and pre-owned timepieces, return eligibility is strictly defined below.

 

Luxury Watches – 48-Hour Inspection Period

Due to the high-value and collectible nature of luxury timepieces, watches are covered by a 48-hour inspection period beginning when the shipment is marked as delivered.

 

Conditions for Watch Returns

To qualify:

• Return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
• Item must remain unworn, unused, and unaltered
• All original packaging, warranty cards, documentation, links, tags, and accessories must be included
• No signs of wear, sizing, damage, or modification
• Watch must be returned fully insured for its full declared value
• A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. Original shipping and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Once the 48-hour inspection window has passed, the sale is final.

 

Mechanical Defects

If a timepiece arrives with a verified mechanical defect or malfunction, please contact us immediately at seasidetimepieces@gmail.com with photos and/or video documentation. Approved defect claims will be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
