The first grand complication in the Nautilus collection — and still Patek’s thinnest perpetual calendar at just 8.42mm. The 5740/1G squeezes a full perpetual calendar with moonphase into the iconic porthole case in white gold, on a blue sunburst dial. When it launched in 2018 it redefined what a sports watch could be; it remains the thinking collector’s Nautilus.
