Twelve complications, every millimeter hand-engraved: the Sky Moon Tourbillon is Patek’s most elaborate double-faced wristwatch — minute repeater with cathedral gongs, tourbillon and perpetual calendar on the front, a full astronomical sky chart with sidereal time on the reverse. The rose gold case, lugs, crowns, slide and clasp are all hand-engraved, the dial is brown grand feu champlevé and cloisonné enamel, and it arrives with matching hand-engraved cufflinks.
