In 2012 Blancpain did what no one else had — put a full traditional Chinese calendar in a wristwatch. The Calendrier Chinois Traditionnel tracks the lunar date, month, leap months, the five elements, and the twelve-year zodiac cycle, all under a white grand feu enamel dial in a 45mm platinum case. Twenty pieces a year, a seven-day movement, and a complication with no equal anywhere in Switzerland.
