The Top Time Deus is the collaboration that started Breitling's whole Deus Ex Machina run — 1,500 pieces, a lightning-bolt chronograph hand, and a motorcyclist engraved on the caseback. The original 1960s Top Time was built for "young and active professionals"; this is its wildest descendant.
